Susan is the process - the woman with the plan. She has more than 20 years of experience in marketing, communications, brand strategy, and managing corporate design and brand teams. Her career has led her to manage national and international brands and serve on the Global Brand Advisory Board for one of the world leaders in hearing care.

In Susan’s world, each partner has a unique challenge, and it’s her job to uncover the best solutions to achieve the best results. She excels in collaboration and discovery and loves creating dynamic brands rich with connection and storytelling.
